Cancellation policy
Private lessons can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session will be considered missed and non-refundable if you are unable to reschedule or cancel outside the 24-hour period prior to the start of your lesson. If a client fails to notify the instructor of an absence a second time, the instructor reserves the right to no longer accept the client. In cases of force majeure (accident, death, illness with a medical certificate) preventing the client from attending the lesson, the session will be fully refunded. If the instructor cancels a lesson for any reason, the client will also be fully refunded.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
French law governs this agreement. If a dispute arises between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
